USA: If your purchase arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will replace or refund you for the merchandise amount within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at questions@looseleashes.com for more details. We regret that packaging, delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable. Sorry no COD's accepted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Returns are not accepted but please contact us at questions@looseleashes.com if there is a problem with your order or your order arrives damaged.
Damaged Items: Please email a picture of the damaged item to questions@looseleashes.com for next steps. If the shipping container is damaged, please include a photo of that as well.
